Prevention is Better than Cure Part II

Hello people! Okay, as in the previous post, I have told you how to prevent yourself from practicing a sedentary lifestyle. Now, in this post I would like to share other ways to avoid this lifestyle.
The first thing is about ourselves, as this habit was developed by us. Despite of using a stand-up table in your office, you can take another step which is to have an active break in the office hour. For an instance, you can walk to your colleagues despite of calling them using the phone in your room and ask them to come and meet you. Other than that, you can have a simple exercise in your office.
Next, you can encourage and motivate your family members to avoid, or if they already being a couch potato, stop them from doing so. What you can do is to remove television and video games from their room or to have a healthy screen-viewing time. This means that you have to set a limit of time in watching or playing video games. This, somehow will help you and your family members.
To conclude, the prevention is all on yourselves and you're the one who are responsible enough for yourself. I you failed to prevent yourself then you have already fail to have a healthy lifestyle.
