We used to hear people said, "prevention is better than cure", and yes it is. Before it is too late for us, let we all prevent ourselves, our family, our friends and even people around us from having or practicing sedentary lifestyle. This is because practicing sedentary lifestyle is actually harmful and it shows that we are an irresponsible person as we failed to care about ourselves, as well as our surrounding.
Too much preach, I guess? So what can we do to prevent ourselves from practicing this kind of lifestyle? It is just as simple as A-B-C, believe me. First thing first, no matter where we are - at school, in the office or at home - we can practice to not being very lazy person which sitting all day and all night. At the school or in the office, actually we can practice to use the stand-up table to do our works despite of sitting on the chair.
Next, avoid using your own transportation to go to work. This is because when the office hour ended, everyone rush to go back to their house and during that time, traffic will be congested and you will stuck in your car for a very long time. This will make you to not having any movement and your body will become passive.
