High blood pressure is when your blood flow in a very high than normal pressure and speed through your arteries. There are two types of high blood pressure which are primary and secondary which primary, is the most common type and is develop with the person’s age while secondary high blood pressure is caused by medicines (National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, 2015).
High blood pressure is related with sedentary lifestyle because of dehydrating and the amount of salt in your system. This is because when dehydrating, our body loses a big amount of water and the level of salt is increasing. That is why, a balanced diet with proper meal is essential.
To conclude, high blood pressure is another effects of sedentary lifestyle and it may lead to death if not preventable.
