Stroke has been
the third leading cause of death in England and the largest cause of adults’
disabilities (Kaur,
2015). Stroke is influenced by many factors such as age, gender, experience
and lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle is said to be the causes of stroke because
of the physical inactivity and the combination of any other habits which are
smoking, poor diet and diseases such as diabetes.
A sedentary lifestyle, which means inactiveness
leads to the difficulty of our system to function properly especially the
transporting mechanism which transferring the blood from our heart to the brain.
When inactivity occurs, it makes the system unable to deliver the blood
properly and leads to fatality.
